These Terms govern your use of NATURE BIOZYME SDN BHD (the "Service"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
The Service is intended for use by a parent or guardian ("you"), who is responsible for their account, for keeping login details secure, for all activity under the account, and for providing accurate information. You may add one or more children to your account.
2. Free access and paid subscriptions
- After registering, you may play the games for free.
- Full access (all subjects, practice and AI tutor) is provided through a paid subscription per child: a monthly plan or an annual plan.
- A second child may be added at a discount once an annual plan has been purchased, as shown at checkout.
3. Billing and the credit model
- Payments are collected through our payment processor (Billplz) via FPX online banking or card.
- A successful payment issues a subscription credit, which you apply in your dashboard to activate or renew one child.
- There is no automatic renewal / no auto-charge. When a subscription reaches its expiry date, access for that child is locked until you renew. Progress and achievements are preserved.
- Prices are shown at checkout and may change from time to time; changes do not affect a subscription you have already paid for during its current term.
4. No refunds
All purchases are final. Please see our No-Refund Policy.
5. Affiliate / referral programme
- Each account receives a referral code. When a person you referred registers and makes a payment, you earn a commission at the rate shown in your dashboard (currently around 10%).
- Commission is held for a cooling-off period before it becomes withdrawable, and can be redeemed once it reaches the stated threshold.
- Self-referral is not allowed. Referrals from the same person/household, or attempts to game the programme, may be rejected.
- We may change the commission rate, threshold, cooling-off period, payout methods, or suspend the programme, at our discretion. Attribution to a referrer is recorded at the time the referred account registers.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: sharing accounts to resell access, attempting to break security or access other users' data, scraping, or uploading unlawful content.
7. Educational content and AI
The Service is a learning aid aligned to the Malaysian KSSR curriculum. Grading, explanations and some content are generated with the help of AI and, while we strive for accuracy, they may occasionally be incorrect. The Service does not replace formal schooling or a qualified teacher.
8. Intellectual property
All content, questions, branding and software in the Service are owned by NATURE BIOZYME SDN BHD or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
9. Availability and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
